Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google,
  • LinkedIn, and others.
  • Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing
  • pages to boost conversion rates.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and
  • monthly performance reports analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance
  • indicators.
  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business
  • verticals.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop keyword strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Managing the daily budget for PPC campaigns and ensuring that the budget is allocated
  • effectively across various campaigns.
  • Adjust bids to ensure that the campaign stays within budget and that the ads appear at the
  • top of the search engine results page.
  • Running AB tests to identify the most effective ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Working closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, and web development to
  • ensure that PPC campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience related to PPC campaigns.
  • Should be able to set up a team of 3-4 analysts for handling individual campaigns.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and changes in search engine and social media
  • algorithms to ensure campaigns remain effective.


Professional Competencies

  • The candidate's primary experience should be in Digital marketing/PPC function in a B2B company.
  • Preferably software related company.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Google/LinkedIn Ads certification may be preferred.
