Creative Vision & Innovation: Set the creative direction for all multimedia, graphic, and UI/UX projects. Encourage innovation within the team while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and developers to align design efforts with broader company goals.

Experience:
