UI/UX designer JD
We are seeking a talented and experienced User Experience Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and seamless user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute innovative user experiences for our digital products.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance usability.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency throughout the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and user-centered design methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, or a related field from a reputed institution such as NID or NIFT.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, AutoCad, InSketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, problem-solving abilities, and user-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
- Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.
